Who we are

Qronical is built by Reedmace, a division of Wrenbys Ltd (167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF). Questions about this policy can be sent to info@reedmace.net.

What we collect

• Beta invite requests: the name, email address, and account type (Basic Planner or Booker) you submit when requesting an invite.
• Account details: once invited, your phone number (used to sign in via a one-time code — we never see or store the code your carrier delivers, only whether it matched), and, for the Planner, an optional saved city and preferred activity.
• Booker/service-provider details: business name, city, the services and availability you list, and booking records for appointments made through your page.
• Location for panchang calculations: the city you search for is used to compute sunrise, sunset, and traditional timings for that place — we store the city you last used so the tool can reopen where you left off, not a precise device location.
• Payments: when a booking includes payment, card and payment details are handled directly by Razorpay, our payment processor — we receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, not your card details.

What we use it for

To operate the Planner and Booker (computing panchang data, matching bookings, processing payments via Razorpay), to sign you in, to invite beta participants in the order we can support them, and to contact you about the service. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Razorpay, for payments. If you book a service, the professional you're booking with sees what's needed to fulfil that booking (your name, contact details, and the appointment). We don't share your data with anyone else without telling you first.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing info@reedmace.net. Beta invite requests that haven't converted to an account can be removed on request the same way.
